Launched by the Office of the eSafety Commissioner, a new and world-first online portal hopes to empower victims, simplify the reporting process, and offer support. If someone has shared an intimate photo of someone without their consent, this is known as image-based abuse, or sometimes referred too as “revenge porn” – the Federal Government wants to help get rid of it online.

The portal provides information on how to take action in removing an image, support, and resources for victims and their families and information for legal assistance.
